   Your enquiry lands with us by email with everything you sent. If something is missing or unclear, we ask before pricing it.

2. You get a price

   A straightforward figure for the work as described, free and with no obligation. If we need to see the job first, we say so and arrange a look.

3. You decide

   Happy with it and we agree a start date. Not for you and that is the end of it. We do not chase.
