The terms that apply when you use this website or engage Multi Skim Plastering for work.

Who these terms are with

These terms are between you and Multi Skim Plastering, a plastering and rendering business coveringBradford and the surrounding towns. Getting a quote or booking work with us means you accept them.

Quotes

Quotes are free and given without obligation. Unless we say otherwise in writing, a quote is valid for 30 days. A quote is based on the job as described and what we can see at the time. If the work turns out to involve more than that, for example hidden damage found once old plaster comes off, we will explain it and agree any change with you before carrying on.

Booking and access

Once you accept a quote we will agree a start date. We ask that the areas to be worked on are reasonably clear and that we have access and power and water on site. If we cannot get access on an agreed day, we may need to rearrange.

Workmanship and payment

Work is carried out with reasonable skill and care and to a normal professional standard. Payment terms are set out on the quote. We ask for payment once the work is complete and you have signed it off, unless we agree a staged arrangement in writing for a larger job.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If anything is not right, tell us and we will put it right.
