When you fill in the quote or contact form, or email us, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, postcode or address, and whatever you tell us about the job. We do not collect any of this silently, and we ask only for what we need to quote and carry out the work.

Why we collect it

Only to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, and do the work you ask us to. Our lawful basis is your consent when you contact us, and our legitimate interest in running the business and responding to you. We do not sell your details, and we do not share them for anyone else's marketing.

Cookies and website analytics

This site uses a small number of cookies. Some are needed for the site to work. We may also use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful and how the site performs, which tells us things like how many people visited a page, not who they are. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site still works without the optional ones.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run the business: the provider that delivers our contact form and enquiry emails. This provider handles your data on our behalf and is not allowed to use it for anything else.

How long we keep it

Only as long as we need it to handle your enquiry and any work that follows, plus any period we are required to keep records for by law, such as for tax. After that it is deleted.

Your rights
